Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or consumed food products

  • Final sale items and gift cards

  • Any item showing signs of excessive use or intentional damage

Exchanges

If you’d like a different flavor or variation, the fastest way is to place a new order and contact us regarding your original item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must still meet the eligibility requirements listed above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
